The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows: 

• If your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, you will be able to select standard or express delivery, and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is 3 working days for standard delivery and next day if order received before 12pm; 
• If you place your order before 3pm on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 3pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.
   

Free delivery

• We offer free standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands on all orders over GBP 250 (excluding VAT).
• All other orders will be subject to delivery charges.
• Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
If you reside in highlands of Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands or any Island of UK mainland please call before making your purchase for a correct carriage cost as additional charges apply

• Geographical limitations

We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.                     

Receipt and signature
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

Returns

 If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven working days after date of delivery. The goods must reach us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will provide you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of receiving the goods.

We cannot replace damaged items. All faulty items must be returned within 7 days.

We cannot refund any bespoke assembly. This includes made to measure cable assemblies or any item of made to measure manufacture or fabrication
